01

Choose how you want to feel

Start with a class that matches your experience and preferred pace. Hatha gives you time with yoga foundations; Reformer Pilates All Levels offers options for a first equipment-based practice. Yin and Restore & Meditate are slower alternatives.

02

Reserve your place

Use the live timetable to find a session and book through your member account. Read the class level and package conditions before paying. Your place is confirmed by the booking system, not by browsing a class page.

03

Your mat and water are already here

Wear comfortable, breathable movement clothing. Yoga mats and water are provided at the studio, so you do not need to bring your own. Ask the studio about reformer footwear. A light layer helps for quieter sessions. Changing rooms and showers are available.

04

Give yourself time to arrive

Find us at Loft Offices, Building 2, G05, in Dubai Media City. Free basement parking is available for all members and anyone attending classes, any day and any time of the week. Be ready at least five minutes before class, and allow extra time on your first visit to meet the teacher.

05

Let the teacher know

Say that it is your first class. Share practical movement restrictions and any relevant professional guidance before the session starts. You can ask for a variation, rest or clarify a cue at any point.

06

Make room for the next visit

Notice what you enjoyed and what you would like to explore. A consistent practice can begin with one realistic appointment in your week. Ask the team about class packs when you are ready.
