What can I expect from yoga?

Be prepared to not only train your body but your mind as well. Your yoga before and after transformation won’t be 100% physical. Expect to spend time working on breath control, mind-body connection, meditation, and mindfulness in your classes.

We offer great package of 5 ,10 or 20 classes at great value. If it’s not enough, enjoy our unlimited 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 months memberships where you can benefit up to 1 class per day, everyday! We also have many promotions all year long as well as corporate discounts. For more information give us a call!

Can I freeze my membership?

Credit packages can't be frozen.
For the memberships as per below:

1 Unlimited Month:  Membership can't be frozen.
2 unlimited months: Membership can't be frozen.
3 unlimited months: Membership can be frozen once for a maximum of 10 days.
4 unlimited months: Membership can be frozen twice for a maximum of 10 days.
6  unlimited months: Membership can be frozen twice for a maximum of 15 days.

Can I eat before Yoga Practice?

It is best to wait an hour after eating before practicing yoga, but a small snack before your class is perfectly alright.

What is your cancellation policy?

Kindly cancel 12 hours prior to the class to avoid being charged if you cannot attend.

Do you have changing room and showers?

Yes we do! 3 showers for the ladies and 1 shower for the gentlemen.
