A closer look.
A grounded introduction to the physical practice of yoga. Hatha gives you time to explore individual postures, notice your alignment and connect movement with breath. Rather than moving continuously through a sequence, you spend longer in each shape. That unhurried pace creates space to understand what you are doing and to make the practice your own.
What to expect
Arrive with a moment to settle and bring attention to your breathing.
Explore standing, seated and floor postures with time for alignment cues and adjustments to your own range.
Let the physical work soften into a quieter finish, carrying a little more awareness off the mat.
Is this your kind of class?
A thoughtful choice if you are new to yoga, returning after a break or want to revisit the basics with more attention. A slower pace can still feel physically engaging.
